After a long stint in the leather industry, Mateo decided to redesign the family brand established in 1988 in Brussels.
Alexia left a big multinational company to embark on this couple's project and added her unique rock touch, which has become the signature of Neuville today.
"Neuville" means "New-City" in French, and the name was chosen when the founder, Pedro, left Spain and arrived in Belgium.
Today, the brand is returning to its roots and moving back to the Mediterranean, where the family originally came from.

We recently established our own production unit in India to provide better working conditions for the workers. We help them start their own workshops, become self-employed, and increase their revenue by at least 30%. It is important for us to understand the source of our products, which is why we have started working with the LWG certification.
